$290 Brown Paper Bag Purse
Designer Jil Sander has given the classic brown paper bag a high fashion makeover.
After a recent runway shoe, Sander sent out models carrying her Vasari purse, which is basically just a brown paper bag that looks like a brown paper bag, except for the fact that it retails for $290. Seriously, it really is just a brown paper bag covered in a protective covering. That’s it. I have one of these, I carry my king can of beer around in it on special occasions. I don’t get it.
She’s also got a leather version that sells for $630. That makes more sense.
