Extremely well done stop motion animation in berlin that must have taken forever, according to the artists:

It’s a short stop motion film. There is no digital image manipulation in it! Everything you see has really been wheatpasted!

I’m impressed, my little flip book animation of a chicken lighting its head on fire doesn’t seem so cool anymore.

80’s Arcade Games in Stop Motion Animation.

Swiss artist Felice Varini created this optical illusion on the Cardiff Bay Barrage. It ran between March 11 and 25th. To see the properly formed image (the first photo above) you had to find the precise place on the barrage. Impressive.

Los Angeles artist Victoria Reynolds, inspired by the beauty of the flesh of uncooked meat, creates some creepy but cool artwork. She’s certainly inspired me…. Even if it is just to buy a BBQ.

Artist Liz Hickok creates various San Francisco landscapes by constructing scale models of the buildings which she uses to make molds. She then cast the buildings in Jell-O, paints and adds backdrops and light the scenes from the back or underneath creating a cool Jell-O city….. Delicious.
