This is a clip from “Body Flex II” workout video with Greer Childers doing an exercise that’s supposed to get rid of wrinkles in your face, but it just looks ridiculous! I met an old guy golfing once that swore buy this kind of exercise, he said he did it every day in the mirror when he shaved. He didn’t look a day over 85.
