The lollipops were made by Mark Jenkins, an artist known for sculptural installations made of adhesive tape that have appeared in the streets, galleries, and night clubs of Washington, D.C. He also does some Creepy/Cool work with tape babies placed throughtout the city. Worth checking out Here.
