The folks at Video Jug bring us another brilliant clip - The Rules of Pavement Etiquette. I hate people in general but especially on the sidewalk, always getting in my way …. I’m annoyed just thinking about it. This clip should be manditory viewing in every High School. I especially like the part in France.
