When I heard about these pictures of Hayden Panettiere getting a pedicure in a mini skirt I have to say I got a little excited. The whole feet in the air/mini skirt combo got me thinking about a Hayden Panettiere upskirt exclusive. Unfortunately it didn’t happen.
