It’s been a while since I’ve done a post about Hilary Duff so when I saw these pictures of her in fishnets, bitch boots and hotpants I couldn’t resist. I guess Hilary decided to get a jump on Halloween and broke out her sweetest slutty outfit. I’m not exactly sure what the inspiration behind this is, a slutty soccer player maybe, whatever it is I approve.
