Former flight attendant Alex Best, widow of Manchester United legend George Best, is reportedly shopping for a house with her balding businessman ex, Howard Kruger. The two dated after her relationship with on again off again alcoholic George ended. But she dumped Kruger after he was arrested on charges he molested a six year old girl.

However, after spending months in prison and finally winning an appeal that has cleared his name, 34-year-old Alex has taken him back. A source close to the former air hostess revealed: “When it first came out that Howard was in trouble with the police, things went wrong for him and Alex - she was worried about being linked with him but she was really disappointed.
There were rumours that Alex and Kruger were having an affair before her marriage broke down, and it is alleged that Kruger rang George on several occasions to tell him he was in bed with Alex. (source)
