Design Minded Craft Beer
When I think of the average beer can design, I don’t exactly think of understated, sharp, stylish brand identity –loud mouth patriotic, color-changing graphics come to mind– but that’s exactly the goal of Texas based Austin Beerworks.
Launched in June of 2012, the young brewery, with its award-winning craft beer, teamed up with Helm Workshop to create a look that appeals to design nerds as well as the average beer drinker. They collaborated on everything from product packaging and website design to branding the brewery and the company’s transport fleet, all to reflect the beer’s bold clean flavors.
